I’m story healer and a myth worker. I’m the author of best selling book, The Sovereignty Knot: A Woman’s Way to Freedom, Power, Love, and Magic.
I am a writing coach for new authors and I help creative entrepreneurs develop a message that will grow business.
In addition to being an energy healer and a guide for heroines at the crossroads of life, I am also a scholar of Irish mythology, literature, and folklore and the host of the KnotWork Storytelling Podcast.
I see the creative adventure, and indeed the great adventure of being human, as a gorgeous, infinite Celtic knot. Complicated as it may appear at first glance, the knot is not a tangle. It’s an intricate design made of a single thread that sweeps around in endless cycles.
We live in the knot. We weave the knot. We are the knot.
